For 30 years ETPACK has been designing and manufacturing Ecowrap sleevers (ETW range) for speeds between 20 and 240pcm, with continuous or robotised operation depending on the customers’ requirements.
ETPACK Ecowrap sleevers are designed entirely of stainless steel and feature the latest automation technology in order to meet the most demanding operating conditions for the food, non-food, pharma and para-pharma sectors.
ETPACK Ecowrap sleevers are multi-format to meet a wide range of products, bare or wrapped, in batches or individual.
ETPACK Ecowrap sleevers fit perfectly into existing processes and can be powered manually or by automated solutions depending on the customers’ needs – such solutions are also designed and manufactured by ETPACK (see ETA range).
ETPACK Ecowrap sleevers allow rapid format changes thanks to simple adjustments and easy ergonomic access.
ETPACK Ecowrap sleevers will handle flat blanks of different board qualities; compact all-wood, recycled, Kraft, boards with waterproof or food grade coating, microfluted. Hot melt glue guns ensure optimal glue positioning on either the top, bottom or sides of the sleeve. There is also a range of glueless overwrappers with a clip closure.
