Slicer out of order
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- Automatic slicer for baguettes, hot dogs and hamburger buns
- Incoming products are driven by an upper and lower belt and sliced using discs. All guides and the upper conveyor can be adjusted by handwheels.
- The construction of the machine and all the coverings are in stainless steel, which is important for conservation and easy cleaning.
- Hinge cut (1 side) or butterfly cut (2 sides) possible
