Simple labelling
Simple labelling involves applying a single label to the product. The products are placed on a conveyor belt, so that the machine positions the label where it is required. The product is then conveyed to its next destination on a conveyor belt.
Labelling line
Unlike simple labelling, the labelling line can apply several labels to the same product. In some industries, not all the legal information can be printed on a single label. In fact, Sermatec machines are capable of providing a labelling line, with different reels for applying labels as required by regulations.
Printing poses
Another possible solution proposed by our teams is print and apply. Products arrive on a conveyor belt and are then printed quickly and accurately on a white label. A module is present on the machine to define the information that will appear on the label at the time of printing, giving you complete freedom to select what you want to appear. Once the label has been applied and printed, the product is then conveyed to the rest of the packaging line on a conveyor belt.
Label application on flowpack or bagging machine
The label can be applied directly to the packaging: our machines can apply the label directly to a flowpack or bagging machine, which will then package the product correctly and in accordance with the settings defined by the operator in charge of the machine.
