Developed for boxing egg trays, this new-generation palletising island has been developed by the PACTISOUD teams to meet all your requirements in terms of output, quality control, ergonomics, etc.
Our robotised machine is capable of an impressive 45 strokes per minute, a high output that meets the expectations of food industry professionals. The palletising island is equipped with a camera that automatically performs a quality check during boxing. As your products are placed in boxes, the palletising island also takes care of all the traceability. It automatically establishes a history of any defects found, numbers the batches that have been completed, etc.
