GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- Automatic slicer for baguettes, hot dogs, and hamburger buns
- The incoming products are care by an upper and lower conveyor and sliced horizontally using a continuous cutting ribbon
- The cutting position and upper conveyor can be adjusted in height using handwheels
- The products can arrive spaced or non-spaced
- The machine construction and all coating are made of stainless steel, which is crucial for long-term durability and preservation
- Easy cleaning
- Options: cutting oiling, double positive double slicing
