GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- Automatic ribbon slicer for bread, sandwich bread and rye bread
- The cutting process is carried out using 176-inch-long ribbon blades, with touch-screen controls
- Drive drums with special hard chrome coating to reduce wear
- Blade tensioning device with automatic pressure regulation
- The self-supporting, torsion-resistant tubular steel construction ensures that the machine runs smoothly. Large doors and covers provide easy access for blade changing and cleaning.
- Easy to change blade guides
- Options: blade oiling, stainless steel version, UV lamps, version for products up to 750 mm long
